Caregiver team

Our team will be available day and night to support you or your loved one’s needs. Caris provides abundant resources to support the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of our hospice patients. Each patient has a personal caregiver team comprising a nurse, certified nursing aide, social worker and chaplain who are supervised by a physician and supported by additional team members, including counselors and volunteers.
