Our Caris Healthcare Chattanooga office is honored to provide outstanding hospice care in partnership with local physicians, area nursing homes and assisted living communities in service of the families of Dunlap, Hixson, Ooltewah, and surrounding areas. We provide palliative care to the patients of Standifer Place, NHC Chattanooga, and NHC Sequatchie.
