I have been with Caris for 10 years. I have always loved that it feels like we are a big family. My schedule is very flexible to fit my home life. Being a mother, that really helps.
— Jazzmyn Childs, Hospice Aide
I have been in the hospice field for 12 years with the past 7 serving as an administrator for Caris Healthcare. I appreciate how everyone in the company genuinely cares about each other and their overall wellbeing. They consistently look for ways to improve employee satisfaction and work/life balance. This fosters a culture where everyone feels valued and seen.
— Arista Metcalf, Administrator
I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know people in their homes, providing care that could not be achieved anywhere else. I love educating people about hospice care and anticipating their needs as their disease progresses. I love learning about them, loving and caring for them where they are physically spiritually and emotionally . Though hard at times, the most rewarding part of my career thus far is getting people through one of the most difficult parts of life.
— Tomie Jo McCracken, Registered Nurse
