Caris Healthcare is proud to share that five of their offices have earned the “Superior Provider” Caregiver Satisfaction Award by Strategy Healthcare Programs (SHP). This designation is for providers that rank in the top 20% nationally. 

Big Stone Gap and Bristol offices in Virginia and Cookeville, Crossville, and Murfreesboro offices in Tennessee are proud to have earned this designation. 

The annual SHPBest™ award program was created to acknowledge hospice providers who consistently provide high quality service to families and caregivers of patients receiving hospice care. With one of the largest Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) benchmarks, SHP is in a unique position to identify and recognize organizations that have made family and caregiver experience a priority.
