Caris Healthcare Expands Reach with Opening of New Location in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee
[Lawrenceburg, TN] – Caris Healthcare, a leading provider of hospice care services, is delighted to announce the opening of its latest location in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. This expansion reflects Caris Healthcare’s ongoing commitment to delivering compassionate end-of-life care and support to individuals and families in communities across the region. With the inauguration of this location, Caris Healthcare aims to further extend its reach and ensure that residents of Lawrenceburg have access to expert and empathetic end-of-life care options.
The team is led by Michelle Dubois King who brings 15 years of healthcare experience with 13 as the social worker for the Columbia, TN. Office and was recently promoted into the Administrator role. Michelle will oversee all management of the hospice agency, including developing people and processes, ensuring high quality of care to each patient, financial management, and business development. Michelle is an accomplished professional with extensive knowledge of hospice care.
Excited about leading this new office, Michelle states, “I am truly thankful for the opportunity to be promoted to Hospice Administrator and to take on the responsibility of leading such an incredible team. It is a privilege to work alongside dedicated professionals who share a deep commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients and their families. Michelle will serve patients and families alongside a deeply experienced team. Office Manager, Brenda Faulkner supported the Columbia office for 17 years. Anthony Catlin, Patient Care Manager, RN BSN started with Caris in June of 2024 and brings experience as an Operating Room Clinical Supervisor. Brenda Eslik, Volunteer Coordinator comes to the team with 15 years of experience with Caris and previous CNA work. Donna Marks has been with Caris Healthcare as a Social Worker for 13 years and worked for NHC for 3 years prior. Finally, Jessica Hasting, Caris representative was a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Columbia office for over two years.
