Caregiver team
Our team will be available day and night to support you or your loved one’s needs. Caris provides abundant resources to support the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of our hospice patients. Each patient has a personal caregiver team comprising a nurse, certified nursing aide, social worker and chaplain who are supervised by a physician and supported by additional team members, including counselors and volunteers.

- Social workers offer emotional support and assist patients and families with community and financial resources.
- Bereavement counselors work with families both during and after care for patients.
- Pharmacists provide guidance in providing the best support for patients through available medications.
- Volunteers assist patients and families with any other special needs.
Volunteers
Volunteers for Caris help patients and their families by making a difference in day-to-day life. Whether mowing the lawn or providing companionship, no volunteer assistance goes unnoticed or unneeded. We value our volunteers and appreciate how they make a difference for our patients.
