Caris Healthcare promoted Brooke Cornett to Director of Sales and Marketing for the East Region. She will oversee growth for the region including developing people, processes, and business development.

Brooke has served at Caris for 3 years. She previously served as the Caris Representative for Morristown, helping to open the office and growing the average daily census from single digits to over 85 lives touched. Brooke was also instrumental in helping us earn a certificate of need for Hancock County, her hometown.

Brooke says, “ I am truly honored for the opportunity to serve in this role. I am grateful for the leaders and team members who have helped shape me along the way, and I look forward to supporting Caris’ continued growth while strengthening our commitment to the patients and communities we serve.”

Brooke has a master’s degree in education, curriculum, and instruction from Tusculum University. She and her husband Dwayne live in Morristown and have two children, Brady and Hattie Reed. Brooke is involved in her community, serving as an active board member for Serenity House, Morristown Senior Citizen Center, and the Occupational Advisory Board at TCAT Morristown.  In her free time, she enjoys hosting family gatherings, her garden, canning, and college basketball.

Brooke embodies Caris Healthcare’s values of compassion, accountability, respect, integrity, and service. Caris Healthcare believes she will continue to impact the company’s success this year and in the future.
