As of September 1st, 2025, Arista Metcalf, RN will be serving Caris Healthcare teams as the Regional Director of Clinical Care for the company’s East Tennessee Region, which is comprised of 7 hospice care offices. Arista brings 18 years of healthcare experience, with 13 of those years being in hospice nursing and operations. Arista will oversee all clinical care aspects of the hospice offices, including developing people and clinical processes while ensuring the highest quality care for patients.  Arista is an accomplished professional with an outstanding track record of leadership with Caris Healthcare.

Arista holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and an associate’s degree in nursing.  Arista lives in Jefferson City, TN and loves to spend time with her family, reading mystery novels, cheering on the UT Vols, and really enjoys the Christmas holiday.
