After 18 years of dedicated service, Becky Douthat has retired from Caris Healthcare.
Over the last 18 years, Becky has been an invaluable part of our organization. She started her journey as a Volunteer in Greeneville, Caris Representative in Johnson City, TN and then became the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for the East Region in 2022. For the last 4 years she has served as a leader and mentor as the Regional Vice President of Sales for the East Region. During that time, she was instrumental in opening new offices and expanding into Virginia. Her contributions will leave a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
When asked her thoughts on retirement Becky stated, “I came to Caris after watching you guys take care of my Father. The compassion and excellent care touched my soul and moved me to seek a way to join the Caris family. Healthcare was a total foreign language to me – I didn’t even know what a DON was! For those of you that know me – I was determined to be successful to help people when they need it the most. I am thankful to God for this journey at Caris……..can’t wait for the trip HE has in store for me now! Finally, I am thankful for all you wonderful people who have enriched my life. God bless each of you and never lose sight of why you are a part of this wonderful company. Keep doing your blessed work!”
Please join us in congratulating Becky Douthat on her retirement and wishing her happiness, health, and fulfillment in the years ahead.
