At our East Region Leadership Development Institute we celebrated nine World Class Award Winners—and the Hospice Care with Grace they provide our patients and their loved ones. World Class Award winners are Caris employees who consistently go above and beyond their job description.
I always enjoy attending these awards banquets and spending time with Caris employees. The banquet provides an opportunity for us to recognize individual employees and offices that perform at a high level and to see how our Caris Values, our Three Most Important Things and our Better Way lead to fulfilling our vision to being a world class hospice.
